This Act makes provision for the allocation of rights in land in the areas described in the First Schedule to this Act or in any area which is declared to be communal land under section 16(1)(a) of this Act ("communal land"). The Act consists of 47 sections divided into 5 Chapters.The Minister must establish Communal Land Boards to perform the functions conferred on a Board by this Act within the area for which each Board is established. Boards shall be established for a region, a part of a region or two or more regions.

El presente Acuerdo expide el Reglamento Operativo del Sistema de Apoyos Económicos (SAV) para el Programa Nacional de Vivienda Social, que tiene como objetivo facilitar a los hogares ecuatorianos de bajos ingresos y vulnerables, situados en cualquier parte del país, el acceso a una vivienda en condiciones de habitabilidad y servicios básicos, indispensables para una vida digna.

This Circular, consisting of guides the formulation and approval of plans to use the top soil of wet-rice farm land when it is used for another purpose, to improve poor-quality rice farm land and other arable land; and plans to reclaim, restore and improve other rice farm land to offset the area of wet-rice farm land used for another purpose under competent authorities' land allocation or lease decisions. Domestic and foreign organizations and persons (investors) allocated or leased by the State wet-rice firm land for non-agricultural use.

With this Ordinance, the Code of Good Agricultural Practice is hereby created. The creation of this Code comes along with the implementation of Council Directive 91/676/EEC on the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The Code has the aim of promoting guidelines able to assist farmers to reduce water pollution caused by fertilizers from agricultural sources and to prevent further such pollution and to set the acceptable environmental conditions for the use of urban waste water for irrigation purposes.

This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.

This Decree applies to arable and, exceptionally, to uncultivated lands forming part of the state-owned propriety, which are managed by the Hungarian National Land Fund Company according to the principles of land tenure policy. The Company keeps an inventory of the assets of the Fund and determines the utilization of lands. There are detailed rules regarding the method and the content of data to be registered and the plan for the utilization of lands (sale or lease through tender).

For the purpose of regulating the issues of expropriation and allotment of the plots of land the President establishes that expropriation and allotment of agricultural land, land of protected areas, and forest estate land for the purpose not related to the purposeful use of the aforesaid categories of land shall be the competence of the President. The right to a plot of land origins from the date of the official state registration thereof. Change of the purposeful use of land allotted for subsidiary small-holding shall be prohibited.

This Act provides with respect to definition of tenancy rights in respect to agricultural holdings. A secure tenancy is a long term heritable tenancy with security of tenure and a succession right An agricultural holding is the consolidation of agricultural land, fixed equipment, house, buildings, in any tenancy arrangement between a landlord and a tenant farmer.

This Act, consisting of 20 sections and one Table, creates the Chittagong Hill Tracts Land Dispute Settlement Commission.

El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en lo relacionado con la definición de Pequeño Productor para los fines de la Ley Nº 16 de 1990, como la persona natural que posea activos totales no superiores a los doscientos ochenta y cuatro SMMLV (Salario Mínimo Mensual Legal Vigente), en el momento de la respectiva operación de crédito.

La presente Ley en primer lugar declara de interés general la preservación y defensa de la soberanía del Estado uruguayo en lo relativo a los recursos naturales y en especial a la tierra. En este sentido la Ley prohíbe la compra y tenencia a cualquier título con finalidades de explotación agropecuaria en todo el territorio nacional a empresas extranjeras o instaladas en el país en las que participe directa o indirectamente un Estado extranjero. El artículo 3º indica bajo qué circunstancias y requisitos se podrán aplicar excepciones a dicha prohibición.
