Historicamente a realidade fundiária brasileira, quer rural quer urbana, foi marcada pela existência de regulação formal, mas não aplicada integralmente, fazendo com que as regras do acesso à terra sejam bastante frágeis e incipientes.

El presente Acuerdo expide el instructivo para la aplicación del Reglamento del bono de titulación, destinado a financiar la formalización y perfeccionamiento de las escrituras de traspaso de dominio de inmuebles a favor de los beneficiarios del bono de titilación.

This Regional Law establishes that the prices of plots of urban land destined for agricultural production in ownership by agricultural organizations or peasant farms allotted thereto on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or as life-long hereditary possession shall be established with 15 percent reduction in relation to its cadastre value.

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures aimong the protection and efficient use of agricultural lands. The Regulation also sets forth the of rules and procedures defining in which cases the agricultural lans shall be used for purposes other than agriculture.

The Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) peace accord was signed on December 2, 1997 in Dhaka at the Prime Minister's office between the government and the Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samity (PCJSS). However, some hill tribe sects and organisations have rejected the accord. Both sides, considering CHT as Tribal Populated Region, recognised the necessity for protection of the character of this region and for overall development of it.

This Regional Law establishes maximum cost of territorial land-use planning and land survey for plots of land destined for individual subsistence farming, gardening, vegetable growing calculated for 100 square metres of the territory.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of data on immovable property from the Unified immovable property registration system and, in particular, information on registered ownership right to immovable property, including land plots. The aforesaid information shall be issued for fee. The issued information can be used for attesting one’s right of land shares and agricultural land but cannot be used land transactions. Annexes 1-8 contain the forms of certificates of immovable property, including land plots.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Authority, the administration of matters of agriculture and the preservation, utilization and development of agricultural land and related matters."Agriculture" in this Act means cultivation of land and the use of land and water for any purpose of husbandry, aquaculture and food production and includes: (a) cultivation of crops and horticultural practice within the meaning of the Crops Act; (b) breeding of aquatic animals and plants in the Kenya fishery waters and sea ranching and fish farming in the sea as provi

La siguiente Ley tiene por objeto disposiciones en materia de conservación, uso y manejo adecuado de los suelos y de las aguas. En primer lugar, modifica el artículo 2º de la Ley Nº 15.239, el cual se refiere a las obligaciones de los titulares de explotaciones agropecuarias. Asimismo, la presente Ley especifica las sanciones aplicables en caso de incumplimiento de las normas que regulan el uso y el manejo de los suelos y de las aguas.

Subject to this Act, the local authority may assess and levy a general rate upon all immovable property. The rate assessed shall be subject to the approval of the Minister for Local Administration. As a general principle, each rate shall be made, levied and assessed partly on the valuation of the land without improvements and partly on the value of the improvements, unless the local authority determines that any rate shall be made, levied and assessed on the valuation of the land only or the improvements only.

This Proclamation of the Afar National Regional State establishes a rural land administration system that is suitable for natural resource management and protection and that incentivizes investment within the traditional clan-based communal land tenure system. Laws that pertain to lands designated as forest lands, wildlife sanctuaries, biodiversity protected lands, environmental and natural resource conservation and preservation areas shall not be affected by this Proclamation.
