El presente Decreto crea la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, como máxima autoridad de las tierras de la nación en los temas de su competencia.

This Act, consisting of ten Parts, provides for the payment of contributions for declared land in relation to the development of certain land within the Sydney region. The Act provides for the assessment of contribution (Part 3) and regulates related legal and administrative procedures (Part 4), it provides for the collection and recovery of contributions (Part 5) and for the valuation of land (Part 6).

The Degree, aiming at a better protection of waters and water basins from nitrate pollution, completes paragraphs a and b, article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 19652/1906/1999, as amended by Ministerial Joint Decree No. 20419/2522 of 2001, by adding to the Catalogue of vulnerable zones, the Asopos river basin, in the region of Boeotia. The delimitation of area is delimited on a map attached to this Decree.

An Act to make provision for ownership of land and related matters such as land registration, and the management and use of various types of land, including forestry and agricultural land.The text consists of 86 articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions (I); Land management and land registration (II); Rights and obligations of the land user (III); Control of land use (IV); Settlement of land problems, policy towards the persons having good performance and measures against violators (V); Final provisions (VI).Land is in ownership of the "national community" (art. 3).

This Law amends Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization with several minor changes. This Law adds Articles 8A to 8K regarding agricultural land sizes and transfer of inherited agricultural lands. This Law repeals the last sentence of Paragraph 5 of Article 13 of Law No. 3083 on land reform regarding rearrangement of land in irrigated areas.

The Act is divided into six Parts as follows: Preamble (1); Ownership (2), divided into the following chapters: General rules (I), State ownership (II), Cooperative ownership (III), Private ownership (IV), Special rules concerning acquisition of land; Use of Land (3), divided into the following chapters: Joint use with a farmers' agricultural cooperative (VII), Indemnification in case of certain rights of use of public interest. Part 4 deals with the exchange of land (X), Land/estate reallocation (XI).

The scope of this Act is to improve the living standards and the opportunity of earning of those who occupy themselves with agriculture, forestry, fishery and aqaculture, hunting, reindeer breeding and other nature-based activities in the Northern districts of Finland. The Act provides a possibility for such persons to acquire lands which may be used for the purposes as indicated in this Act and the Act relative to Agricultural Production Units (188/77) (sect. 8). Section 15 provides for the right of access to water.
