This Resolution specifies subjects eligible for agricultural land use tax exemption or eligible for agricultural land use tax reduction.

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of the regional Legislative Assembly, Governor, Regional Government and authorized regional state executive body in the sphere of land relations. It also establishes maximum agricultural land area (150 ha) and minimum agricultural land area (0, 5 ha) of public and municipal land that can be allotted in ownership for farming. The aforesaid plots of land can be allotted once-only.

This Act, consisting of nine Parts, concerns the imposition, assessment and collection of a land tax on certain lands in New South Wales. The Act provides for the valuation of land and for the assessment of taxes to be imposed. Under the Act, certain land used for primary production can be exempted from taxes.

This Order specifies permitted development for articles 8(3)(a) of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. That provision empowers the Minister to grant, by Order, planning permission in respect of a class or classes of development specified in the Order.
