This Regional Law establishes legal grounds of the relations between landowners, landlords, land tenants and state bodies in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land, and also establishes rights and duties of natural and legal persons performing agricultural production in relation to efficient use of soil fertility.

This Order applies to the survey declarations in accordance to the Farm Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land deduction by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a license by statements from a licensed surveyors.

The Regulation No. 1269 of 2008 establishes central and local state structures responsible for examining the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles and lays down their rules of procedure. It’s composed of the following sections: I- Composition, functioning, tasks and responsibilities of the Land Governmental Commission (LGC), II- Composition, functioning, tasks and responsibilities of the LGC Technical Secretariat, III - Composition, functioning, tasks and responsibilities of the local LGCs, and IV- Final Provisions.

The purpose of this Act is to regulate general principles governing the limits of ownership of lands by individuals in the country. In particular, no one may own more than a certain amount of land in the whole country. Any land in excess shall be seized by the Government and redistributed. Fruit and tea gardens, as well as agricultural land are exempt from this limitation. Abandoned land, wasteland and land exceeding the maximum permitted, are considered eligible for division and redistribution. According to the Act, farmers are considered as priority in land redistribution.

These Regulations issued under article 14(1) of the Expropriation of Landholdings for Public Purposes and Payment of Compensation Proclamation No. 455/2005 concerns not only payment of compensation to but also aims at assisting in other ways persons displaced by expropriation under the Proclamation to restore their livelihood. Compensation shall also be paid for crops and trees. The amount of compensation for crops shall be calculated by multiplying the amount of yield that would have been collected from the land at maturity by the current market price of the crops.

The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, vest in the State land that is vested in the Land Reform Commission under the Land Reform Law. The Order shall: (a) specify the extent of agricultural or estate land; (b) make reference to the survey plan made by the Surveyor-General in respect of such land; (c) specify any servitude attaching to such agricultural or estate land.

La presente introduce algunas enmiendas a la Ley de Servidumbres de Conservación de Puerto Rico con el propósito de reforzar la figura de la servidumbre de conservación y establecer ciertos controles adicionales en el otorgamiento de los beneficios contributivos. En particular, modifica el artículo 8º en lo referente a los requisitos de las organizaciones sin fines de lucro a efecto de ser titulares de las servidumbres.

This Act amends five points of the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and amending Act on the Land fund of the Czech Republic. In particular, the Act amends conditions of selling agricultural land and forest land to self-employed farmers, land owners, corporate partners, members of cooperate bodies and beneficiaries.

Guideline No.2 dated 13.1.2010 on the methods of verification and examination of the legal validity of agricultural land ownership titles by the local commissions established for such purpose.

The Guideline No. 2 of 2010 lays down methods for the verification and examination of the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles by the local commissions established for such purpose. The verifications are done for requests submitted by the local offices of immovable property registration offices and the land protection and administration units at the regional council. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection and the Land Governmental Commission are responsible authorities for the process implementation.
