The Government of Moscow and the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey note that under the conditions of ongoing economic transformation in the city of Moscow increases the importance of keeping state land cadastre.

The document determines the substance, the requirements regarding the precision, the modalities of accomplishment, control, formal acceptance and legalisation of the results of land-surveying practice. These Instructions are destined for physical and juridical persons that carry out land survey practice irrespectively of the departmental affiliation. The document consists of 16 Sections.

El presente Decreto establece cuáles son las acciones u omisiones no constitutivas de delito que se deberán considerar como contravenciones de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de posesión, propiedad y herencia de la tierra y bienes agropecuarios, y del registro de la tenencia de la tierra.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Order issued on 15/11/1971 related to the expropriation of the land No. 299 of 3200 square metres located in the zone of Almasiya-Gaza Strip in favour of the Governor General is now abrogated and will be restored to the original owners (art. 1).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Survey Act with respect to, among other things: field measurements and observations; connection to the National Control Survey System; manner and methods of survey; marking; testing of survey by the Surveyor-General; general plans; and arbitration proceedings.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Federal Land Parcel Act of 28 July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091 in the Land Rheinland-Pfalz. In particular, the Law lays down provisions dealing with registration, proceedings and authorization of land transactions. The text consists of 9 articles.

This Decree regulates Land Act No. 19/97 establishing right of use and conditions for exploiting public lands. It consists of 7 Chapters and 1 technical annex specifying different land uses, listing obligations and rights of foreign or national entities, fees to be paid in order to obtain a licence for land exploitation, etc.

“Centre” is the legal person, ha san independent balance, settlement, currency and other accounts in banks of Ukraine, seal, stamps, firm forms and other necessary essential elements, realizes the industrial, economic and financial activity on principles of cost accounting and self-financing.

The Government decrees to establish that State Committee on Land Policy is a Federal Executive Body entitled to carry out inter-departmental co-ordination of the activity in the sphere of land relations, as well as the functional regulation in this sphere, including keeping state land cadastre, cadastre valuation of land, land survey and state control over protection and use of land.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Geodetic and Cartographic Service (ROSKARTOGRAFIJA) is Federal Executive Body entitled with special functions (executive, control, supervision, authorizing, regulating and so on) in the field of geodetic and cartographic activity and denomination of geographic objects.

The head of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography orders to validate the Regulation. This Regulation determines the status, the main tasks and competence of the territorial inspection of state geodetic survey of the Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography.

The Government of Moscow, for the purpose of more efficient use of land, decrees to consider proceedings of the registration and inventory of land tenants a priority issue for the city of Moscow. The Government of Moscow decrees to entitle the prefectures of administrative districts and managing bodies to render Moscow land committee assistance in carrying out the set task.
