It explains the role of National Land Coalitions (NLCs) as multi-stakeholder platforms led by civil society to shape inclusive land policies and defend land rights. Examples from Jordan and Palestine illustrate how these coalitions foster dialogue, influence legislation, and support marginalised groups such as women, youth, and pastoralists.
