The Danish AgriFish Agency may grant subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land to organic farming. The Order’s provisions are designed to meet a market demand for organic production through conversion to organic agricultural production by up to 18 000 ha/year (including 2013).
The Order applies to the administrative operation of local action groups – as institution partnership between local authorities, organizations, associations, businesses and citizens – with the purpose of aiming to a local development strategy of rural land development. The existing local action groups shall manage parts of the Danish fisheries development program for the period 2007-2013.
The Act applies to Tøndermarsken area and aims to protect the outer borders and the lower part of watercourse Vidå and establish it as a conservation area of national and international interest. Construction, fishing, hunting and planting of trees and plants are not permitted. Dyke systems are applied to watercourses for water supply.
This Act provides for State financial support for various measures in the field of agriculture and fisheries, such as organic production, development of less-favoured areas, cooperation between farmers, etc. The Minister may tie investment support to agricultural enterprises of improvement plans to be adopted in accordance with article 1 and may issue rules relative to granting of support.

This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities.
The Act gives guidelines on land development taxation, which is exempt if the property is developed in connection with a sale. This Act imposes cadastre tax applicable to owners of properties in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality whereby its subdivision and land registry is equivalent to a taxation of 5 000 DKK for each property developed.
The Order amends Order No. 309 with regard to the subsidy scheme which is created to grant financial support for the creation of new jobs in rural areas. The amendment of article 23, section 1 applies to the payment of subsidy which is based on documented expenses. Request for payment shall be submitted on a special form and enclose all supporting documents and proof of payment.
The execution of cadastral work and inspection shall be performed by a surveyor covered by insurance policy for liabilities in omissions committed by the surveyor or by the surveyor's staff. The insurance entity must be registered in an EU country and must be in addition to other existing insurances on losses due to the performance of cadastral survey.
