This Law allows a person empowered in writing to enter public land in order to examine the possession or use thereof and the right of the possessor or user to use it. Under sections 4 a person empowered may require information not in his possession relating to the public land by requesting the possessor or user to deliver the information. In case of unlawful public land occupation and under ascertainment the unlawful occupier may be requested to relinquish and such an order may be treated as a judgment for ejection. Under section 5 such an order shall be filed in the Execution Office and a person requested to relinquish may resort to the court to prove his right to possess the land. According to section 6 these regulations add to the rights of the owner of the land under any law. Section 7 is an amendment of section 18 of the Land Law 1969 relating to unlawful occupation of property.
