In this interview, Agustina De Luca, Network Director of the Open Data Charter, discusses how she is working with the Land Portal Foundation to create an Open Up Guide on Land Governance to provide a use-case driven framework of priority land-related data to make available and supporting governments to commit to context-appropriate steps to increase the accessibility and use of land information.  Agustina elaborates how the Open Up Guide will contribute to increasing transparency and reducing land corruption.
