In our 2022 Annual Report, we describe the results of another successful year in which we made significant progress toward our organizational strategy and monitoring and evaluation framework. According to our annual survey, 87% of users reported a positive impact on their work, while the website continued to receive high traffic, averaging 74,000 visits per month.
To better serve our user base, we continue to refine our strategy and expand our range of information products and services. This includes hosting webinars with partner organizations, increasing the number of country profiles, and supporting the Global Donor Working Group on Land to keep its donor map up to date.
We have also established the Land Portal as a leading advocate for open land data, an area of growing importance to the organization. Our initiatives, including the State of Land Information, the Open Up Guide to Land Governance, and a forthcoming global indicator on land information accessibility, provide opportunities to drive change at the national level.
As we continue to make progress in improving access to land-related information, we remain committed to engaging stakeholders and supporting actions that help information providers and governments make data more open and accessible.
The Land Portal Foundation's 2022 Annual Report highlights the critical role of accessible land information and data in securing land rights and promoting social justice. The report highlights the growing recognition of the linkages between land tenure, climate change, food security, urban development and land degradation. The Foundation's co-launch of the Land Module Indicator with the Global Data Barometer in May was an important step toward creating a more open and democratic information ecosystem globally.
