Law on Concessions aims to encourage and facilitate the implementation of infrastructure projects by Cambodia's private concessionaires for the public interests and in fulfillment of national social and economic demands. Falling under the scope of this law, and in need of the public institutions' involvement are construction of the infrastructures and its related services such as roads, bridges, (air) ports, railways, water supply and other infrastructures served for telecommunication, IT and exractive industries.

Cutting 300.2686 ha of land in Ping village of Samki commune in O Chum district of Ratanak Kiri province ELC of CRD company; Donating 265.6379 ha to 79 [77] families; Reserving 34.6307 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development; and Grating ownership to 110 private land parcels.

Cutting 716.18 ha of land in Kpes village ofTar Sal commune in Aoral district of Kampong Speu province: 628.69 ha from Phnom Aoral Wildlife Sanctuary, 83.50 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 3.99 ha from ELC of Great Field company; Reclassifying 541.52 ha as state private land for donating to 192 families; and Reserving 174.66 ha as state public land.

Cutting a total land of 1,053.59 ha in Monorom village of Hungsomnom commune in Aoral district of Kampong Speu province: 31.17 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 1,022.41 ha from Fortuna Plantation Cambodia Limited; Reclassifying 1,001.11 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 330 families; and Reserving 52.48 ha as state public land.

Cutting 1,900 ha of land in Sre Char and 2 Thnou communes of Snoul district in Kratie province: 943 ha from Forest Concession of SL. International Ltd, 43 ha from ELC of Hai Yong, and 914 ha of ELC of CIV; Reclassifying all the land state private land for granting donation of ownership to 560 families.

Cutting 396.92 ha of land in Kampong Luk village of Koul commune in Prasat Sambo district of Kampong Thom province from ELC of Gold Foison company; Reclassifying 385.20 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 133 families; Reserving 11.72 ha for road and canal; and Granting rights to 163 private land parcels.

Cutting a total land of 25.1542 ha in Kalai Sapun village of Phnom Kok commune in Veunsai district of Ratanak Kiri province: 18.4413 ha from ELC of Hoan Anh Mang Yang K, and 6.7129 ha from ELC of Kiri Aphivath; Reclassifying all the land as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 11 families; and Granting ownership to 14 private land parcels.

Cutting 1,124.65 ha in O village of Robeap commune in Roveang district of Preah Vihear province: 1,041.75 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 82.90 ha from ELC of Kim Chea Toun Group Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 1,086.07 ha as state private land for donating to 331 families; and Reserving 38.58 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.

Cutting 733.0002 ha of land in Somkul village of Somthom commune in Oyadav district of Ratanak Kiri province from ELC of Chea Chanrith Akphivath company; Reclassifying 707.0656 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 162 families; Reserving 25.9346 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 317 private land parcels.

Cutting 1,132 ha of land in Wat village of Svay Chras commune in Snoul district of Kratie province: 922 ha from fores concession of Casotim, and 210 ha from forest concession of Dau Thieng Kratie; Reclassifying 1,027 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 131 families; and Reserving 105 ha as state public land.

Cutting a total land of 1,794.38 ha in Thmey village of Tangsamrong commune in Phnom Srouch district of Kampong Speu province: 686.06 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, 70.25 ha from ELC of Master Co., Ltd, and 1,038.07 ha from ELC of Fortuna Plantation Cambodia Limited; Reclassifying 1,733.40 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 530 families; and Reserving 60.98 ha as state public land.

Cutting a total land of 503.25 ha in Preah Theat village of Kwarv commune in Chikreng district of Siem Reap province: 467.57 ha from economic land concesssion of Sophorn Theary company; and 35.68 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 311.18 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 160 families; Reserving 192.07 ha for community forest and population growth; and Granting ownership to 215 private land parcels.
