This Decree establishes that the competent authority for real estate issues is the countrywide network system of land offices (territorial and local offices). They are responsible for registration of legal transactions, cadastral mapping changes and dealing with land and other real estate property-related activities. The Hungarian Land Register is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Rural Development. This Decree establishes also the Institute of Geodesy, Cartography and Remote Sensing as the institutional body for land surveying and geo-information.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Tien Giang province.This plan aims at developing the economy in a sustainable manner; raising competitiveness of local commodities and services and striving for an industry-service agriculture economic structure; contributing to the development of the Mekong River delta region; raising the people’s living standards; and protecting the ecological environment.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; rational use of natural resources and treatment and control of environ

La presente Ley de saneamiento físico legal de predios tugurizados con fines de renovación urbana, con la finalidad de la puesta en valor de los inmuebles saneados legal y físicamente.

This Decree establishes the criteria for general improvement of the territory and landscaping, in particular urban land and land of inhabited residential areas, as a form of land-use planning. It establishes that territory must be kept clean, free of waste, and have recreational areas and recreational waterbodies for the benefit of the population. Protected areas must have recreational areas with available wood-fired grills (barbecue).

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of state executive bodies related to land tenure with undefined land ownership. It shall be applicable to land allotment and re-issuance of land ownership and land possession certificates, conclusion, modification or rescission of land contracts and termination of land rights.

This Decision, consisting of 6 articles and one Appendix, approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Hoa Binh province through 2020 with the following principal contents: The socio-economic development of Hoa Binh province must conform with the overall development of the northern mountainous midland region and the Hanoi Capital region in the context of the country's intensive and extensive international economic integration.

This Law shall be applicable to land-use planning, drainage, land reclamation, planting of trees and shrubbery, noise reduction and other arrangements in urban areas. Local government shall be responsible for: (a) ensuring peace and quiet, cleanliness and order in public urban areas; (b) organization of recreational areas for the population in urban areas; (c) establishment of the amount of compensation by legal and natural persons for environmental pollution in urban areas; and (d) public participation in provision of public services and amenities in urban areas.

This Law amends and supplements Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning as regards several issues. Specifically, it amends: (1) article 22 dealing with tasks and responsibilities of urban planning units under city councils or municipalities; (2) article 38 dealing with the procedures for the issue of construction permits; (3) article 45 on examination of requests and approval by the competent municipal authorities of construction permits; (4) article 50 dealing with the approval process for submitted applications.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para la constitución de servidumbres de conservación sobre predios rústicos o urbanos dentro de Puerto Rico, para propósitos de protección o conservación de un área de valor natural o de una propiedad con valor cultural o agrícola.

La presente introduce algunas enmiendas a la Ley de Servidumbres de Conservación de Puerto Rico con el propósito de reforzar la figura de la servidumbre de conservación y establecer ciertos controles adicionales en el otorgamiento de los beneficios contributivos. En particular, modifica el artículo 8º en lo referente a los requisitos de las organizaciones sin fines de lucro a efecto de ser titulares de las servidumbres.

This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers declares that Mara and Musalla area in Central district in Adıyaman, to be an area under risk of natural disasters, based on Article 2 of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, upon request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
