Il est créé en application de l'article 32 de la loi n. 3/81 susvisée, une brigade spéciale d'urbanisme et de la construction (BSUC), dans chacune des agglomérations visées à l'alinéa 2 de l'article 28 de la loi précitée ainsi que dans les parties du territoire à préserver qui présentent un intérêt touristique, culturel ou historique conformément aux dispositions du titre III de la même loi. La brigade spéciale d'urbanisme et de la construction est chargée de la constatation des infractions aux règlements d'urbanisme tels qu'ils sont fixés dans la loi n.

Decree No. 30.443 prohibiting tree logging within certain areas in the State of São Paulo.

This Decree prohibits tree logging within certain areas in the State of São Paulo. It consists of 21 articles establishing the zones (including protected zones, natural reserves and urban areas) in which tree logging is prohibited in order to preserve natural habitats. A list of protected trees is specified in article 16. Exceptional tree logging may be authorized by the Environmental Secretariat and the State Forestry Institution.

This Legislative Decree establishes Land Use Planning within the Autonomous Region of Madeira (POTRAM). It consists of 6 Chapters defining the general acctions to be performed for the planning and development of land use and soil occupation, defense and protection of environment and natural heritage, etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions, structure of territory, zoning and classification of lands (Chap. 1); Lands to be exploited (2); Agricultural and forestry lands (3); Wildlife protected areas and ecosystem preservation (4); Pipelines (5) and Urban land (6).

Official Reply of the State Council with regard to the approval of the Land Use Plans 1997-2010 of Beijing. Beijing is the capital city of China and the political and culture center, which has large population with limited land. The Reply approves the Plans and emphasizes to strengthen the administration of land resources. By the year of 2010, the reduction of cultivated land shall not exceed 23940000 qing (= 6.6667 hectares), the basic farmland shall be 299330000 qing, the land use for construction shall be controlled within 610 square kilometers.

This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records. It also specifies the categories of real estates, such as crop field, grass land, vineyard, orchard, forest, fish pond, uncultivated land, and various kind of buildings. Real estate registration process, changing of recorded data, and the necessary documents for the registration are also described in this Decree.

Chapter 5 concerns functioning of condominiums. Chapter 6 deals with organization of condominiums in newly set unit. Chapter 7 lays down the conclusive provisions.

The Mayor-President of the Government of St.Petersburg, for the purpose of ensuring the right of citizens to allotment on condition of ownership of the plots of land for individual housing, gardening and summer cottage construction orders as follows : 1). Chiefs of district administration are authorized to validate the measures and the boundaries of the plots of land with due regard for urban planning documentation at the presentation of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. 2).

These Regulations provide for conditions, to which the right of occupancy as defined in the Land Act, 1991 is subject. The Commissioner of Lands may impose those conditions pursuant to regulation 3, but they shall not be inconsistent with the Act. Other conditions are specified by these Regulations, such as demarcation of boundaries, protection of beacons, application for building permits on urban or "peri-urban" land, etc. Regulation 7 specified conditions of use of agricultural land held in occupancy, regarding cultivation. Regulation 8 concerns the right of occupancy for pastoral uses.
