This Regional Law regulates land relations concerning land-use planning, urban land zoning and land tenure of public land. It establishes that land tenure shall be performed exclusively in accordance with purposeful use of land. Land classification by categories, including classification of public and municipal land as agricultural land, transfer of land from one category to another shall be carried out by the supreme regional executive body.

This Regional Law establishes legal and economic grounds for state regulation of fertility of agricultural land with the consideration of conservation, reproduction and rational management of agricultural land by owners, tenants and lease holders. State of fertility of agricultural land shall be subject to registration in order to give a complete overview agro-ecological monitoring and qualitative and quantitative changes of the state of agricultural land. Soil fertility of agricultural land shall be ensured through agrochemical servicing.

This Regional Law establishes simplified procedure for legalization of land rights, envisaging excessive of land dimension that can be inserted in the documentation fixing land rights after land survey practices with more accurate calculation of land area: (a) for gardening 0,06 ha; (b) for horticulture and vegetable growing – 0,06 ha; and (c) for subsistence farming – 0,06 ha.

This Regional Law establishes that total land area for subsistence farming that can be owned or be allotted on other conditions shall be 17 ha for each subsistence farm.

This Regional Law establishes rates of land allotment to citizens into ownership for agricultural purposes and maximum land areas to be allotted thereto. Maximum land areas shall be established as follows: (a) for gardening – 0,50 ha; (b) for horticulture and vegetable growing – 1,00 ha; (c) for stockbreeding – 1,00 ha; (d) for suburban housing construction – 0,25 ha; and (e) for farming – unlimited agricultural land area.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para promover el cumplimiento de la función social de la tierra fiscal, mediante su arrendamiento y enajenación en forma progresiva y orgánica a favor de los auténticos trabajadores del campo. El objetivo principal de la Ley es la protección del campesinado y la reactivación de la tierra fiscal. En este contexto se fija el principio en virtud del cual la tierra no debe constituir un bien de renta sino un instrumento de trabajo.

Le présent arrêté met en exécution, entre autres, la loi du 30 mai 1990 sur les améliorations foncières et son règlement d’exécution du 11 août 1992. Notamment, l’ arrêté a pour but de fixer les entreprises d’améliorations foncières agricoles et viticoles qui peuvent être subventionnées ainsi que les conditions d’octroi, les taux et les montants forfaitaires maximaux des subventions. Le texte comprend 12 articles répartis en 4 chapitres comme suit: Dispositions générales (1); Subventions ordinaires (2); Fonds des améliorations foncières (3);Dispositions finale (4).

These Regulations amend the Land Surveyors (Fees for Survey of State Lands) by revoking and replacing the Schedule, which specifies fees for surveys, including the survey of an agricultural site.

These Regulations, made under section 4 of the State Lands Act, specify in the Schedule fees that shall be paid in respect of the several matters to which they are applicable. The fees shall be payable to the Director of Surveys.

The provisions of this Directive are governed by the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Directive sets forth the duties, powers and responsibilities of each central unit of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and provides for the division of their duties, powers and responsibilities to avoid conflict of powers and overlap of duties.

Article 1 of this Decree determines the cases in which a soil conservation plan must be elaborated. General requisites of content of the plans are laid down in Annex 1, while detailed and technical requisites are determined in Annex 2. In certain cases a simplified plan may be presented in conformity with Annex 3 to this Decree. According to Article 4 pedological characteristics contained in plans shall be registered by the soil conservation authority in the pedological database.

This Regional Law establishes that maximum dimensions of land area allotted for subsistence farming that can be owned and (or) possessed in any other form by citizens carrying out subsistence farming shall amount to 25 ha.
