La presente Resolución deroga la que aprueba la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, por subsistir conflicto de competencias administrativas.

This Regulation sets the rules aimed to define the necessary procedures for the reclamation of disturbed areas situated on the agricultural land (also agricultural, forestry and other similar activities) which needs a restoration of the above mentioned damaged areas, in order to improve the landscape and its quality in terms of soil and arable and/or usable land layer (provisions also determining the use of the humus layer; deeper layers, which after the processing, are suitable for development of vegetation: examples such as nontoxic clay and sands, loess clay, loam, weathered and smashed

This Decree-law concerns the land valuation system based on the complex effect of climatic features and soil quality as featured in the national uniform soil map. Land valuation procedures are to be applied to agricultural land and forests in the outskirts and in closed gardens and to large-scale cultivation in urban land. The Minister supervises land valuation through the executive board of county (capital) councils. Territorially competent land administration offices have first-level jurisdiction. Land quality should be determined on the basis of samples.

The present Decree provides the guidelines for the elaboration, proposal approval and management of land use plans.

Any agricultural land owned by any person in excess of the ceiling established by the Land Reform Commission shall (a) be deemed to vest in the Commission; and (b) be deemed to be held by the former owner under a statutory lease from the Commission in compliance with the terms and conditions set out by the Law.

These Regulation is to strengthen the management of rural collective-owned assets, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners and operators thereof.

Agricultural land is allocated to specified subjects whose main source of income is agriculture, aquaculture of the winning of salt. Article 2 defines "agricultural land". Land shall be allocated for 20 years if used for planting of "annual trees" or aquaculture and 50 years if used for planting of "perennial trees". Article 5 specifies how much land can be allocated, depending on where the land is situated. Article 15 concerns the management of public land.

This Regional Law establishes the following cases of allotment of public land free of charge on condition of ownership to citizens: (a) multi-child families with three and more minor children for farming; (b) families with disabled children for farming; (c) orphans for housing construction; (d) disabled persons for housing construction, gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming in rural areas; (e) war veterans for housing construction; (f) rehabilitated victims of political repressions for housing construction, gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming in rural areas; (g) person

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la inmatriculación de predios a nombre del Estado para asumir titularidad sobre predios inscritos a nombre de cualquier entidad estatal con fines de formalización y titulación de la propiedad agraria, con el objeto de obtener el saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria, garantizar una adecuada inmatriculación de predios a nombre del Estado, y la inscripción del nuevo titular sobre predios ya inscritos.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, que se expresan en nuevos Soles por unidad de superficie para cada una de las regiones geográficas, y dentro de éstas a nivel de departamentos, provincias y distritos.

La presente Resolución reglamenta el Decreto modificatorio del que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a las modalidades de adquisición de vivienda nueva o usada, construcción en sitio propio o mejoramiento de vivienda.

This Act restricts the use of public lands set aside for agricultural purposes to citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands and US nationals so as to prevent large-scale commercial exploitation of such lands which are scarce.Such lands as are leased or its use is permitted in accordance with the provisions of this Act and shall be developed in accordance with their most appropriate use or uses, i.e. either agricultural, aquacultural, maricultural, or animal husbandry.
