This Act amends the Law on Agriculture as regards (i) certain support schemes for farmers, (ii) provisions concerning cultivation of genetically modified varieties, and (iii) updating of land records.

This Act, which is composed of seven Sections, sets out provisions regulating ownership relations as well as settlement of related disputes in companies. Particular regard is given to agricultural enterprises.

This Act sets up the State Fund for Soil Improvement. It also lays down amendments to the the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and to the Agriculture Law. As from 1 January 2006, the State Fund of Soil Improvement takes over the rights and obligations pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture in matter of soil improvement.

This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State. If the owner of a real estate is unknown, the Land Fund may allow any suitable interested person to use such real property.

This Order, made under section 21 of the Agricultural Landlord and Tenant Act, declares the different classes of agricultural land of an agricultural holding set out in the Schedule to this Order to have the unimproved capital values specified therein. The land classified by this Order includes pastures, dairy land, rice lands, arable land and forest land.

With a view to improving soil quality and preventing desertification, this Regional Act encourages the use of compostable wastes and soil conditioners. To this end, the regional authority grants subsidies for (i) the purchase of compostable wastes and soil conditioners and (ii) the implementation of techniques aimed at the conservation of organic compounds. The Act defines the conditions under which farmers may benefit from those subsidies. Further provisions concern the monitoring of quality of soils in Abruzzo.

This Law establishes legal, organizational and socio-economic grounds for the institution, functioning and re-organization of peasant farms. It shall not be applicable to subsidiary small-holding, collective gardening or horticulture. Peasant farm shall be considered individual enterprise based upon private ownership of agricultural land and individual work of household members for primary processing and trade of agricultural commodities.

El presente Decreto modifica la Metodología para la determinación de la capacidad de uso de las tierras de Costa Rica, en relación a la realización de obras de infraestructura civil.

This Resolution specifies limits for receipt of the rights to use land under annuals or perennials, land with production forests, land under aquaculture transferred to households or individuals for agricultural purposes.

La presente Ley introduce el marco normativo relativo a los procedimientos de adjudicación para compraventa o usufructo de bienes inmuebles propiedad del Estado o de otras entidades públicas, con fines habitacionales a favor de las familias en situación de pobreza que los ocupen. La Ley indica las distintas autoridades competentes para gestionar los procedimientos de adjudicación, según se trate de inmuebles del Estado, de las municipalidades o de otras entidades públicas.

El presente Acuerdo esta establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección que deben cumplir los hombres y mujeres campesinos de escasos recursos para acceder al subsidio integral para la adquisición de tierras y el desarrollo de proyectos productivos de carácter empresarial, así como los requisitos mínimos que deben cumplir los predios rurales objeto de los programas de reforma agraria y desarrollo rural.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reporting of projects which could be harmful to the environment. Article 1 lists projects due to be notified to the competent authority: first construction of greenhouses on agricultural land; transformation of green land, and green land in flood area; plantation of Christmas trees; drainage of land; plants for aquaculture and construction of pipelines being more than 1000 m length.
