The aim of this Implementing Regulation is to regulate land registration. This Regulation is composed of 4 Sections divided into 44 articles. Section I deals with land ownership, maps, documents and data including information related to wells, palms and other cultivated plants. Section II refers to the legal procedures and administrative steps necessary for land registration.

The Schedule of the present Regulation sets out the forms to be used for the purposes of the Real Property Act. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Annex.

El presente Acuerdo emite el Reglamento de la Ley de Reforma Agraria, que establece el procedimiento de afectación de las propiedades o tierras rústicas y su adjudicación al Estado, el procedimiento de indemnización, y el procedimiento de asignación con el objeto de hacer llegar a la población nicaragüense en una forma más eficiente los beneficios de una Reforma Agraria Integral.

The present Regulation is made under section 48 of the Land Act dealing with Crown grants. The text consists of 2 sections as follows: Covenant re land disposition (1); Registration of title and covenant (2).

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto las reglas técnicas a seguir para la formación del catastro territorial, definido como el registro público de datos obtenidos por medio de operaciones técnicas legales, que proporcionan la descripción física, económica y jurídica integral de los inmuebles comprendidos en el territorio nacional (art. 1º).

This Resolution is composed of 37 articles. Terms and definitions are given in article 1. Lands shall be divided into 3 parts: public lands, private lands and endowment lands (art. 2). There shall be two systems for land registration: individual and corporate body (art. 3). The inheritance right shall be written if it includes a land (art. 10).

The Ordinance provides for the institution of Village Councils for the purpose of town development and endorses them with the power to order surveys and dispose of the land, to redistribute it between adjacent villages and to issue land taxes or levyand to provide for all related matters, legal and administrative.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Registration of Titles Act in relation with the certificate of title.

This Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on the division of lands intended to the construction or reconstruction before obtaining licences from the Ministry of Housing. Article 2 specifies documents and certificates necessary for submitting applications to the department of Physical Training.

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Computerized Land Register Ordinance in its version of 24 January 1995. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct registration of mining property.
