El presente Real Decreto aprueba las normas tecnicas de valoracion y el cuadro marco de valores del suelo y de las construcciones para determinar el valor catastral de los bienes inmuebles de naturaleza urbana.

The Government decrees to establish that the Committee of Municipal services is the legal successor of the re-organized Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources.

The Government decrees to validate the program of carrying out land reform on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Annex.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Government decrees that the operations regarding stocktaking must be financed through land taxes and land lease. The document consists of 8 Articles. All the categories of land are subject to stocktaking except for agricultural land. In the process of stocktaking must be elicited the following facts: 1).

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation. L’article 1er établit que la mensuration officielle désigne les mensurations approuvées par le canton et reconnues par la Confédération qui sont exécutées en vue de l’établissement et de la tenue du registre foncier.

The purpose of the present Regulation is to apply a land survey to all municipalities in the Canton. Moreover, landowners are required to tolerate such a survey on their land.

The Regulation consists of 6 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1); 2) preparatory work (sect. 2); 3) field work (sect. 3); 4) laboratory work (sect. 4); 5) mapping (sect. 5); 6) legalization and issuing of land certificates (sect. 6).

These Regulations provide rules of procedure for the change of name of a person in documents registered under the Registration of Documents Act. A document evidencing a change of name shall be in Form 1 as set out in the Schedule attached to these Regulations. Such document shall be endorsed by the Registrar if the requirements of these Regulations have been complied with.

These Regulations provide compulsory forms for documents registered under the Registration of Documents Act. The registrars of documents shall record the date and time of presentation on documents in a prescribed manner and such recording shall be evidence of the date and time of presentation of the application.

The present Law implements the Law of 26 June 1974 on expropriation and seizure. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Annotation on property limitation (I); Payment and distribution of compensation, land registration (II); Seizure proceedings (III); Fees (IV); Repeal of existing legislation (V).

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les règles d'organisation et de fonctionnement des services extérieurs des domaines et de la conservation foncière.

This Regional Law establishes that the prices of plots of urban land destined for agricultural production in ownership by agricultural organizations or peasant farms allotted thereto on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or as life-long hereditary possession shall be established with 15 percent reduction in relation to its cadastre value.
