Subject to the provisions of subsection (4), and the provisions of the Expropriation Act, 1975 (Act No. 63 of 1975), or any other law which provides for the expropriation of land or rights in land, no person may be deprived of any informal right to land without his or her consent.

This Act specifies the rights and responsibilities of the Republic of Macedonia, legal entities and persons, in the providing of pre-requisites for environment and nature protection and promotion, with the purpose of implementing the right of citizens to healthy environment.

La Ley, que consta de 6 títulos, 35 artículos, 7 disposiciones finales, 2 complementarias y 1 modificatoria, tiene por objeto normar acerca de la expropiación a que se refiere el articulo 70 de la Constitución Política, el articulo 928 del Código Civil y los artículos 519 a 532 del Código Procesal Civil, que se regirán por la presente Ley.
Section 31 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2), by (a) deletion of "and" in paragraph (e) after the semi-colon; (b) insertion, immediately after paragraph (e) of the following new paragraph (f): fees for transactions in land; and (c) re-numbering of the existing paragraph (f) as paragraph (g). Section 31 confers regulation making powers upon the Minister.

On entend par immeubles domaniaux agricoles les terres dont l'Etat est propriétaire et qui sont destinées à la production agricole, celles pouvant servir de support à cette production ou celles qui ont été classées comme telles, ainsi que les bâtiments qui s'y trouvent.

This Law regulates state registration of property rights, the general principles of which shall be: (a) state protection of registered rights to property; and (b) the accessibility, objectivity, updating and centralization of cadastre data.
The purpose of this Law establishes criteria for calculating damages for the cultivation of land allocated for non-agricultural purposes. In the event agricultural land is allocated for non-agricultural purposes, substitute land cultivation costs shall be reimbursed and appropriate damages caused by the deprivation or temporary tenure of land shall be paid.
This Act lays down rules governing (i) the marketing of fertilizers, cultivating substrates and soil additive substances; (ii) registration of fertilizers; (iii) storage and use of fertilizers; (iv) agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest areas. Only registered fertilizers may be placed on the market.
