This shall be applied in the following cases of: a).

This Law regulates the issues related to concession of the right of private ownership of non-agricultural land pertaining to state property conceded in lease to physical and legal persons.

The purpose of this Law is to charge citizens, business entities, and organizations with fees for possessing and/or using state-owned land, and to regulate the relations arising from paying the fees to the state budget.

The present Act makes provision in matter of transfer or grant on any title of immovable property which belongs to or is administered by the Government.

The Act provides for the establishment in Malta of the Land Registry for the purposes of registration of title to land.

This Law is an integral part of urban construction and environmental legislation of the city of Moscow and establishes the modalities of planning, regulation and carrying out urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex of the city of Moscow. The document consists of 13 Articles. Article 1 introduces the principal concepts.

This Law establishes the conditions and the modalities of realization on investment activity aimed at building of the plots of land, for completion of unfinished constructions, reconstruction of edifices, their parts belonging to St.Petersburg for the purpose of profiting when the result is creation of immovable property.

The Parliament decrees to set up State department of land management. The main function of the Department is state control over the purposeful use and protection of land, keeping state land cadastre and land registration and protection of soil.

Member States are required, under article 15(3) of Directive 96/61/EC, to inventory and transmit to the Commission data on principal emissions and responsible sources. As established by article 1 of this Decision, Member States shall report to the Commission on emissions from all individual facilities with one or more activities as mentioned in Annex I to Directive 96/61/EC.

This Act in its revised edition deals with the declaration of national parks, the Nationals Parks Board and other wildlife institution, regulates hunting and provised for rights relating to water of certain owners and occupiers of land in parks.

The Act establishes that the contract of fiduciary transfer of property on an immovable thing the debtor or a third party assumes the obligation to transfer the right of ownership to the creditor in order to secure discharges of claim and the creditor assumes the obligation, after settlement of his claim, to enable the debtor an undisturbed enjoyment of the right of ownership.

This Law establishes the legal basis for setting up and functioning of special economic zone in the Kaliningrad Region, taking into account its specific geographical position and importance for the national interests of the Russian Federation. The development of special economic zone is carried out on the basis of the Federal State Program.
