This Act makes provision with respect to prevention of discrimination in relation with sale, lease or disposal of immovable property and the financing of any such sale, lease or disposal. The Act defines offences and defences in any criminal proceedings for an offence in terms of this Act.

This Act declares that the term of lease and freehold interest as granted by Government by agreement to Ghana Rubber Estates and Firestone Ghana Limited respectively shall remain valid and that of the clauses (7), (8), (9) and (10) of article 163 of the suspended Constitution as continued in force by section 1 of the Lands Commission Decree, 1972 (N.R.C.D.

This Provincial Act sets out provisions on the exercise of administrative and regulatory functions in matter of public uses. Further, it defines the procedure to be followed for authorizing the transfer of lands for public use.

This Regional Act defines the administrative functions that pertain to regional authorities as regards the productive use of public lands as well as the recognition of public uses. The aim is to promote the use of public lands for agro-forestry and silvopastoralism purposes.

These provisions regulate the exercise of the functions entrusted to regional authorities as regards public uses of lands, with particular regard to agro-forestry and silvopastoralism uses. The Act also regulates the procedure for the designation of such public lands.

This Regional Act lays down rules governing the tenure and management of the Regole d’Ampezzo, which are those agro-forest and pasture lands which pertain to the territories of the Veneto Region specified in article 2. The Act also defines the content of the “laudi”, which are the provisions that regulate the acquisition and tenure of the “Regole”.
