This Act establishes the Small Businesses Loan Board and provides for loans by the Board to small businesses.The Board shall assist persons in establishing, carrying on or expanding small businesses by providing loans and other forms of financial assistance at such conditions and on the basis of any form of security as the Board may think fit.

This Act makes provision with respect to inheritance by will. It also concerns inheritance of freehold estates in another manner than by will. The Act concerns, among other things, the making of a will, validity, execution of a will and revocation of a will.

This Act introduces measures to prevent nuisances in parishes. The Parish Council shall have powers to abate any imminently dangerous nuisances and may declare land to be a public nuisance. If the land in question is not cleaned, the Council may petition to court to have the land sold. The court may issue a condition order for sale. This order initiates to the procedure for sale of the land.

This Act makes provision in respect of trusts and trustees and various provisions deal with rights in land and mortgages on land.

This Act provides rules relative to tenancy agreements concerning agricultural holdings, i.e. the aggregate of the land comprised in a contract for an agricultural tenancy.

This Act provides rules relative to succession in case of death. The Act makes provision, among other things, for: court jurisdiction and powers; probate and administration of estates; Distribution of real and personal estate of intestate; and caveats.

This Chapter makes provision for the administration of estates of deceased persons. The estates of deceased persons shall be administered in the Trial Division of the High Court, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such estates.

This Chapter makes provision for guardianship in relationship with adminsitartion of estates of a minor or of a person who is for any cause mentally or physically incompetent to manage his own property. Guardianship proceedings shall be administered in the Trial Division of the High Court, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over guardianships.

This Chapter provides for certain aspects of inheritance of real property. When any person having any title to any real property dies without disposing of such real property by will, it shall be succeeded to and must be distributed, subject to the payment of debts and the rights of dower, in the manner as set out in section 2.

This Chapter provides for the disposal of (real) property by will and execution of wills. It defines certain requirements regarding execution, rights of spouse of the deceased person and legal procedures. A surviving spouse may elect to take dower instead of property devised or bequeathed to such spouse.
