The Government decrees that the Regulation must be applied on the territory of the Russian Federation by all institutions entitled to carry out registration of immovable property and its transactions from the date of enactment of the Federal Law on state registration of immovable property and its transactions.

La presente Resolución prohíbe todo acto de invasión de tierras estatales dadas en usufructo o adjudicadas a las organizaciones campesinas, así como los traspasos de derechos posesorios sobre tierras adjudicadas a título gratuito.

The purpose of this Decree is to improve control over land protection and conservation. The aforesaid control shall be carried out either by state land inspectors or by social land inspectors. The latter shall be volunteers selected from the personnel of local self-government, state institutions and organizations aware of land legislation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the plots of land, natural objects, constructions and edifices on the territory of national parks for regulated tourism and recreation shall be conceded on lease to the holder of licence covering the aforesaid activities issued by administration of the national park. The period of lease shall be up to 50 years.

This Decree contains description of the principles of cadastral division of the national territory with a view of keeping state land cadastre. Cadastral division of the national territory shall be composed of the following units: (a) administrative and territorial subdivision; (b) cadastral districts; and (c) cadastral blocks.

The present Ordinance implements article 5 of the Land Use Planning Law (LGBl. No. 15/1973). Article 1 establishes that the Advisory Committee has the task to advise the regional government of Vorarlberg in all matters concerning land use planning. In particular, the regional government shall seek the advise of the Committee in matters concerning land use utilization.
