These Regulations, made under section 4 of the Real Property Tax Act, prescribe the form of an application and declaration for relief to pay the actual tax under that Act.

These Regulations implement sections 106A and 106B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These sections enable a person against whom a planning obligation is enforceable to apply to the local planning authority to have the obligation modified or discharged and provides for an appeal to the Secretary of State if such an application is refused or not determined.
The present Regulation is enacted under the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to terms and conditions of surface leases made in respect of the rights to the surface of land other than the surface rights of Crown land.

These Regulations concern action, other than a non-contentious action, for the grant of probate of the will or of letters of administration of the estate of a deceased person, for the revocation of a grant or for a decree pronouncing for or against the validity of an alleged will. They also concern administration of estates of the estate of a deceased person.
The purpose of the present Regulation is to apply a land survey to all municipalities in the Canton. Moreover, landowners are required to tolerate such a survey on their land.
The Council of Ministers decrees to prohibit burial and incineration of merchantable wood in the process of deforestation at the reclamation construction sites, and also in the process of carrying out amelioration on land not requiring drainage.
The Regulation consists of 6 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1); 2) preparatory work (sect. 2); 3) field work (sect. 3); 4) laboratory work (sect. 4); 5) mapping (sect. 5); 6) legalization and issuing of land certificates (sect. 6).

These Regulations provide rules of procedure for the change of name of a person in documents registered under the Registration of Documents Act. A document evidencing a change of name shall be in Form 1 as set out in the Schedule attached to these Regulations. Such document shall be endorsed by the Registrar if the requirements of these Regulations have been complied with.
These Regulations provide compulsory forms for documents registered under the Registration of Documents Act. The registrars of documents shall record the date and time of presentation on documents in a prescribed manner and such recording shall be evidence of the date and time of presentation of the application.
These Rules implement provisions of the Distress for Rent Act with respect to certificates for a licensed auctioneer to seize and secure any stock or crops loose and not attached to the land under lease for purposes of distress. Certificates may be either general or special. A special certificate shall specify the particular distress or distresses to which it applies.
These Rules regulate activities in areas of Trust land declared to be irrigation areas by the Minister by Notice in the Official Gazette. The Minister may appoint irrigation committees for any irrigation area.
