This Order provides in England for procedures connected with planning applications, consultations in relation to planning applications, the determination of planning applications, appeals, local development orders, certificates of lawful use or development, the maintenance of registers of planning applications and related matters.

This Order approves the Regulation for the environmental measures to be applied within the Rural Development Plan - RURIS.

This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in section 3, 4 and 6. In section 3 a minor amendment is made concerning delegation of functions and powers of Commissioner. The amendment of section 4 concerns the rate of tax in respect of a mining right or an interest in the mining right in and respect of land.

The Act amends certain provisions with regard to new regulations on limitation of claims and/or waivers of certain purchases - among which recovery requirements for nationally and EU funded subsidies.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of sale of agricultural land plot the Regional administration shall have preferential right of purchase at offered price except for case of sale through public auction and expropriation for public and municipal needs”.
