Le présent décret fixe les missions, l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'inspection générale du ministère de l'habitat et de l'urbanisme.

Ce décret porte création d'une unité de gestion par objectifs pour la réalisation des projets de protection contre les inondations del'Ariana Nord et de la plaine et de la ville de Kairouan, et fixe son organisation et les modalités de son fonctionnement.

This Order amends the Development and Planning (General Development) Order 1999 in provisions concerning, among other things, requirements for development in respect of which permission is granted and in the Schedule in relation to permitted developments (subject to the limitations and conditions set out in this Schedule).

The Order applies to all animal fertilizers (manure). Its purpose is to set regulations on standards for the establishment of animal keeping compounds and the storage of such biomass. The Act, which is composed of eight Chapters, lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest lands, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs.
