This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment establishes: the list of substances particularly harmful to water environments and causing water pollution; rules on sewage testing; methods of analysis and procedure for verifying if the conditions are fulfilled; conditions which must fulfilled when inserting sewage into water or soil, including maximum permitted values of pollution and conditions applicable to the agricultural use of sewage.

The present Act, which is composed of 35 Paragraphs, has been adopted to ensure the development of agriculture and forestry by improving the area structure of farms, forests and forest lands, and by adapting borders of immovable properties to the system of water drainage, roads and terrain features. Integration applies to lands placed in one or several villages or their parts. However, it does not apply to lands where mining or industrial plants, historic or architectural monuments, sanctuaries, lands used for fishery or allocated for special purposes exist.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven articles and five Annexes, lays down: (1) detailed conditions for the use of urban sewage sludge including the dosage of that sludge which can be used on land; (2) the scope, frequency and reference methods for testing urban sewage sludge and the land where that sludge is supposed to be applied.
