The provision of technical assistance to the implementation of the overarching programme, which focuses on working with the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition, and the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform, and Rural Development as well as civil society organisations, community-based organisations, and public and private institutions to overcome non-trade barriers and sanitary and phytosanitary issues.
