The President decrees to establish beginning from the harvest of 2018 the modalities, according to which: (a) the efficiency of land plots tenure pertaining to farms shall be discussed at the local government meetings on a quarterly basis, while the efficiency of use of agricultural land areas under crops pertaining to dehkan farms and smallholders shall be discussed monthly in the self-governing bodies of citizens; and (b) in relation to farmers, dehkan farms and smallholders who inefficiently used land plots, that did not completely sow crops and that did not timely implement agrotechnica

La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva que precisa la normatividad aplicable y establece normas que regulan el adecuado y uniforme procedimiento de inscripción de las Comunidades Nativas en el correspondiente libro del Registro de Personas Jurídicas, con el objeto de uniformizar, esclarecer, viabilizar y agilizar criterios técnicos y legales a ser utilizados por los gobiernos regionales de la Selva y Ceja de Selva del Perú en el referido Procedimiento.

This By-Law made under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, applies to all land within the geographical area of the Ndlambe Municipality, including land owned by the state. The By-law shall, in case of conflict, in principle prevail over other legislation. The By-law requires a municipal spatial development framework to be made and provides with respect its preparation and public participation procedures. The Municipality may also adopt a local spatial development framework for a specific geographical area of a portion of the municipal area.

According to article 91a, paragraph 1, of the German Constitution (Grundgesetz) measures on the improvement of production methods, working conditions, management and in general in the agricultural, fishery, forestry and water sector shall be taken with the agreement of regional governments. For this purpose a common frame work is devised and every year within the 1 March the Länder submit a general working plan to the Federal Minister for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry for approvement within the said frame work. The Act consists of 14 articles.

La presente Ley deroga la Ley de Viviendas Rurales Sostenibles, que regula el régimen de las viviendas rurales sostenibles que podrán implantarse en todo suelo no sujeto a protección sectorial.
