La presente Resolución aprueba el procedimiento para edificación y/o modificación de infraestructura con fines de vivienda, comerciales, industriales o de prestación de servicios en predios ubicados al interior de Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP) de carácter nacional y sobre los que existan derechos adquiridos por particulares previamente a la creación del Área Natural Protegida respectiva.

El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en relación con las Zonas de Interés de Desarrollo Rural, Económico y Social (Zidres). Para la identificación de las áreas potenciales para declarar una Zidres, la Unidad de Planificación de Tierras Rurales, Adecuación de Tierras y Usos Agropecuarios (UPRA) verificará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1776 de 2016.

This Decree consisting of 55 articles aims at regulating the agricultural land reclamation in Syria. Part I deals with the rules for the Agricultural Land Reclamation while Part II deals with the Distribution of irrigated reclaimed land. Article 1 states that the Minister of Irrigation may, in accordance with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform and after taking the opinion of the General Union of Farmers, declare a public benefit in the reclamation of lands in any area of the Syrian Arab Republic.

This Law is composed of 7 Parts divided into 68 articles. Part I deals with fundamental principles and general provisions. El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que establece las normas que regulan el procedimiento para la promoción de la inversión privada en proyectos de irrigación de tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola de propiedad del Estado, conforme a lo establecido por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 994.
