El presente Acuerdo expide la Norma técnica para establecer el valor de la tierra adjudicada en procedimientos de titulación, que tiene como finalidad normar el procedimiento de valoración de las tierras rurales realizado por la Autoridad Agraria Nacional o su delegado, por parte de la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria, las Direcciones Distritales de Tierras y las Unidades Provinciales de Tierras.

These Regulations make minor corrections to the Community Right to Buy (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Regulation 2(2) substitutes the reference to the year “2015” in regulation 1(3)(d)(ii) of the 2015 Regulations with a reference to the year “2016”. Regulation 2(3) adds the words “to the ballotter” into regulation 20(2) of the 2015 Regulations. Regulation 2(4)(b) amends Schedule 11 to the 2015 Regulations to add an additional entry concerning the result into the form of return that must be notified by the ballotter as required by section 52(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.

This Law is composed of 7 Parts divided into 68 articles. Part I deals with fundamental principles and general provisions. El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en relación con las Zonas de Interés de Desarrollo Rural, Económico y Social (Zidres). Para la identificación de las áreas potenciales para declarar una Zidres, la Unidad de Planificación de Tierras Rurales, Adecuación de Tierras y Usos Agropecuarios (UPRA) verificará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1776 de 2016.

El presente Acuerdo establece los procesos metodológicos para la definición de las zonas agroecológicas homogéneas y el cálculo de la Unidad Productiva Familiar (UPF) para las provincias de la Sierra y del Litoral, de conformidad con el Informe Técnico en el cual se establecen 33 Zonas Agroecológicas Homogéneas, y en base a las cuales se delimita la superficie referencial de la UPF de cada zona a nivel cantonal.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que establece las normas que regulan el procedimiento para la promoción de la inversión privada en proyectos de irrigación de tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola de propiedad del Estado, conforme a lo establecido por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 994. Las tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola son tierras no explotadas por falta o exceso de agua y los demás terrenos improductivos que sean de dominio del Estado.
