Los Lineamientos estratégicos de política pública para la Agricultura Campesina, Familiar y Comunitaria (ACFC) son un instrumento de política pública, de alcance nacional, cuyo objetivo es fortalecer las capacidades sociales, económicas y políticas de las familias, comunidades y organizaciones de ACFC, sobre la base de un desarrollo rural con enfoque territorial que mejore la sostenibilidad de la producción agropecuaria y genere bienestar y buen vivir de la población rural.

This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. La présente loi érige en zone de modernisation pastorale la zone Sahélienne d'Elevage située au Nord de la limite fixée à l'extension des cultures telle définie par la Loi n° 61-5 du 26 mai 1961 est déclarée zone de modernisation pastorale. This By-Law made under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, applies to all land within the geographical area of the Ndlambe Municipality, including land owned by the state. The By-law shall, in case of conflict, in principle prevail over other legislation. The By-law requires a municipal spatial development framework to be made and provides with respect its preparation and public participation procedures. The Municipality may also adopt a local spatial development framework for a specific geographical area of a portion of the municipal area.
