This Strategy envisages a sustainable agriculture that is both feasible and capable of achieving food security, competitive in local and foreign markets through optimal use of resources as part of a comprehensive development. To realize this Vision and achieve the overall goal of improving the lives of farmers, herders and anglers in Palestine, the Ministry of Agriculture developed this Shared Vision Strategy for the Agricultural Sector.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to sale, lease or otherwise disposal of lands which belong to the Crown. Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Governor on behalf of the Crown may make grants of Crown lands in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be required and as he or she may deem proper. Every grant shall be executed by the Minister or a public officer authorized by him in that he be expressed to be made in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure conservation and rational tenancy of agricultural land and urban land and it establishes requirements for grazing and passage of cattle on the regional territory. Owners of cattle must form their livestock in herds and appoint a herdsman. In case of impossibility to for a herd, the owners must perform grazing personally or, in alternative, to keep cattle indoors. Passage of cattle to the collection points for the formation of herd shall be performed by owners of cattle or by persons appointed thereby.

This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of consolidation and distribution of agricultural land. This Regulation aims at rural development and planning of rural areas. This Regulation sets forth provisions on planning of rural areas, land consolidation, registration procedures, land classification, land subdivision, land distribution and expropriation.

La política tiene por objetivo principal propiciar dentro del Ministerio de Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (MARN) la equidad de género en todas las políticas, programas, proyectos y planes de acción que se emitan. This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the granting of aid for the "Clearance of agricultural land" from the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020 (Official Gazette 38/2015).Changes are related to the costs and concrete agricultural land demining-clearance issues.The Regulation also amends the contents of the Annex which is an integral part of this text.
