In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Land Acquisition Act 1960 [Act 486] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of Land Acquisition Act, 1960) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 81/1974], Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of Land Acquisition Act 1960) Order 2002 [P.U. (A) 200/2002] and Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Land Acquisition Act) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 455/2009], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following rules.

Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Supplementary, Consequential, Transitory and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2017 (S.S.I. No. 416 of 2017).

These Regulations make provision in relation to bringing into force sections 83 (core path plans) and 84 (access rights: service of court applications) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. They also make transitory provision so that the references to “a repairing tenancy” inserted into various enactments by the provisions of schedule 1 are to be ignored until such time as section 92 of the 2016 Act comes into force for all purposes.

Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “With a view of prevention of agricultural land degradation, reproduction of soil fertility of degraded and polluted agricultural land, conservation of such land, with expropriation thereof, shall be allowed in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the acting legislation of the Russian Federation”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Farming shall be considered entrepreneurial activity performed by natural persons in the sphere of production of agricultural commodities, processing and trade thereof, with a view of generating income, on plots of land transferred thereto in ownership, tenancy and lease for farming and production of agricultural commodities, individual peasant farming, in accordance with the provisions of acting legislation”.

This Order sets forth the procedure for normative monetary evaluation of non-agricultural land (except for turban land) in accordance with the established modalities. Normative monetary valuation of agricultural land under household buildings and yards is carried out in accordance with this Procedure as the lands of industry, transport, communications, energy, defense and other purposes. It contains calculation formulae for monetary land valuation.
