This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text consists of 46 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions(I); Land Ownership and Use Right(II); Overall Planning for Land Utilization(III); Cultivated Land Protection(IV); Land for Construction Purposes (V); Supervision and Examination (VI); Legal Responsibilities(VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).The state practises the system of land registration and certificate issuance according to law.

El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos que la dependencia encargada de tierras, sea la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria o la unidad administrativa que la reemplace, por delegación de la Autoridad Agraria Nacional, debe ejecutar para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales y su Reglamento General de aplicación.

En virtud de este Decreto se reforma el primer párrafo del artículo 166 de la Ley Agraria. Queda establecido que los tribunales agrarios proveerán las diligencias precautorias necesarias para proteger a los interesados. Asimismo, podrán acordar la suspensión del acto de autoridad en materia agraria que pudiere afectarlos en tanto se resuelve en definitiva.

The Agricultural Perspective Plan (APP) is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach with a duration of twenty years (1995-2015). Its goal is to add two percentage points to the country’s agricultural growth which would expand per capita agricultural growth sixfold, from its current 0.5% to 3% per year. The APP strategy is based on the acceleration of the agricultural growth rate sufficiently to obtrain strong multiplier effect on growth in employment, both in agriculture itself and in nonagricultural sectors.

Este Decreto adiciona un segundo párrafo al artículo 37 de la Ley Agraria, el cual se refiere a las candidaturas a puestos de elección que integran el comisariado ejidal y el consejo de vigilancia. Se establece además que para las comisiones y secretarios auxiliares con que cuenta el comisariado ejidal, se procurará la integración de las mujeres.

This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters, regulates the selection process for the families beneficiary of the National Agrarian Reform. This Decree specifies the following issues: the selection of families candidates for being beneficiaries of the National Agrarian Reform Programme - PNRA, the verification of the beneficiary's conditions for staying in the Programme and the illegal occupation of the settlement projects, the provisional and definitive titling of the granted plots and the allocation of the remaining areas belonging to the land reform settlement projects.

This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam. The persons taking responsibility before the State for land use are: 1. The head of an organization, a foreign organization with diplomatic functions, or a foreign invested enterprise, is responsible for the land use by his/her organization. 2.

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of urban and rural planning.

This Proclamation provides for the lease of urban land. “Urban land” means land located within an administrative boundary of an urban center; “urban center” means any locality having a municipal administration or a population size of 2000 or more inhabitants of which at least 50% of its labor force is engaged in non-agricultural activities. This Proclamation shall be applicable to all urban centers with in Ethiopia with regard to urban land.

Las presentes disposiciones reglamentan la Ley Agraria, con especial atención a los procedimientos y lineamientos aplicables para el ordenamiento de la propiedad rural, así como para la expropiación de terrenos ejidales y comunales. El Reglamento fija el procedimiento para la investigación y enajenación de los excedentes de la propiedad rural.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement wallon porte exécution du décret du 20 octobre 2016 limitant les fermages. Notamment, l’article 2 établit que pour l'application de l'article 2, paragraphe 1er, du décret susvisé, le Ministre calcule la moyenne des coefficients des fermages des provinces pour chaque région agricole, en vigueur au 1er janvier 2016, pondérée en fonction des surfaces agricoles utiles de chacune de ces provinces. Les surfaces agricoles utiles visées à l'alinéa 1er sont établies sur base des demandes uniques de l'année précédant l'entrée en vigueur du présent arrêté.
