This Act provides generally with respect to compulsory purchase procedure in the United Kingdom. In particular the Act deals with the rights of appeal, and the consequent procedures. The Act applies in all compulsory purchase cases.

Le présent document de Stratégie de Relance de la Production Agricole-Plan d’Actions d’Urgence, Période 2008-2010 constitue un cadre de référence pour la mise en oeuvre des actions qui ont pour objectif d’améliorer la productivité agricole et le revenu des producteurs, d’assurer la sécurité alimentaire, ainsi que de faire de ces secteurs un vrai secteur qui contribue au développement économique du pays en luttant efficacement contre la pauvreté. The National Environment Strategy and Action Plan (NESAP) 2016-2023 is developed in accordance with the the Constitution and 1996 Law on Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management. It is aligned to Rectangular Strategy Phase III (RSIII), that reaffirms the RGC’s mission and commitment to sustainable development and poverty reduction responding to the people’s will and changing contexts of national and international developments.

This Governmental Decree establishes that land plots shall be allotted for provisional tenancy covering the period of subsoil management for the following purposes: (a) geological exploration of subsoil; and (b) mining and construction of the infrastructure for subsoil management.

This Act amends the Property Tax Act by, among other things, inserting a definition of “non-Montserratian” and renewing provisions on appeal for property tax relief to the Commissioner (also defined by this Act). A new section (21A) on the reduction or remittance of tax and a new Part (9) is inserted. Part 9 concerns regulation-making powers of the Governor. Minor amendments are made to various other sections.

Preamble shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law shall not be applicable to agricultural land classified as gardening, horticultural and subsistence farming land plots destined for individual subsidiary smallholding, garage construction and also to land plots under estate property. Turnover of the aforesaid land plots shall be regulated by Land Code of the Russian Federation”.

Quedan incorporadas al régimen de la presente ley, en lo referente a la aplicación de las técnicas conservacionistas, las áreas comprendidas dentro de los ejidos municipales que por sus características productivas, o por extensión o influencia resulten necesarios, como así las tierras públicas y privadas.
