This Law establishes the re-evaluation and re-distribution of the ex-agricultural cooperative properties. It consists of 13 articles defining the requirements for re-evaluating the aforementioned properties, on the base of the Law No. 7491 of 24 April 1991 establishing the principal constituent disposal. Commissions are created hereby in order to carry out this activity.

The Supreme Soviet decrees to carry into force Law No. 1738 - 1 of the RSFSR "On land charges". The text of this Law must be published in the regional and local press.

This Law establishes that the utilisation of land is charged. Land charges consist of : land tax, ground-rent and normative land price. Landowners and land tenants, except for lease-holders, are charged with annual land tax. The plots of land given in lease are charged with ground-rent.

The Supreme Soviet (Parliament) decrees to carry into force the Law on the particulars of the privatisation of the property of state agricultural enterprises from the 1 February 1992. The Supreme Soviet entitles the Government to examine the possibility of transfer free-of-charge of the property of some state agricultural enterprises to their work collectives.

This Law regulates the particulars of the privatisation of the property of state agricultural enterprises and is aimed at overcoming of the monopoly in the production of the agricultural commodities by creating various form of property and management, by creating the conditions for the transition to market economy in agriculture, by promoting free competition among producers, by stimulating fre

"Indian lands" means lands within the limits of Indian reservations, dependant Indian communities, and Indian allotments (sect. 3). The Act applies also to Alaska Native Lands. The Director of Indian Health Service shall conduct an inventory of open dumps.

An Act for the recognition of the United Auburn Indian Community in California, for the restoration of rights of this tribe, and for the economic development of the tribe. Section 204 provides for the transfer of lands for the benefit of the tribe to be held in trust by the Secretary of the Interior.

There is established a National Contaminated Sediment Task Force. The task force shall review reports on aquatic sediment quality and make recommendations to prevent aquatic sediment contamination and to control sources of such contamination (sect. 502).

La presente Ley, que consta de 5 capítulos, 16 artículos y 1 disposición final, entiende por suelo no urbanizable aquel que figura clasificado como tal en los planes generales o normas subsidiarias y, en defecto del plan, aquellas áreas del territorio que no reúnan las condiciones objetivas para ser clasificadas como suelo urbano o urbanizable (art. 1º).

This Decree aims at encouraging and at the same time regulating the use of sewage sludge in agriculture, in order to prevent harmful effects on soil, vegetation, animals and human beings.

The purpose of this Law is to provide for the protection and management of coast, shore and bank areas. Protection and management shall be based on principles of sustainable development and preservation of biological diversity (art. 1).

This Law provides for the return to former owners or their legal successors, the distribution to workers or ex-workers of collective farms, and compensation of, nationalised property in agriculture and for the reorganization or liquidation of collective farms.
