This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

La presente Ley declara reconoce la agricultura como una actividad de vital importancia para el bienestar económico de Puerto Rico y declara como política pública el reservar para uso agrícola los terrenos comprendidos dentro del Corredor Agrícola de la Costa Sur, que cumplan con estos propósitos. Asimismo, dispone la creación del Registro de Titulares de todas las fincas identificadas, en el cual se indicarán los datos de los titulares de las fincas comprendidas en el Corredor.

Land relationship in the Republic of Belarus is regulated by the Constitution, Presidential Decrees, by this Code and other Legislative Acts that implement it. Civil Code regulations are applicable to land relationship with regard to provisions established by land legislation. In section 2 the definition of "base date" is added. A date base in relation to valuation roll for a district means the date when the revision of valuation roll for that district comes into force. Section 12 is amended so as to empower the Minister responsible for lands to appoint various base dates for purposes of enabling the Chief Valuer to revise valuation rolls as provided for in section 13. Section 18 is amended so as to provide for certificates, which shall be obtained prior to transactions involving lands, are to take place.

La presente Ley suspende la aplicación del Decreto Legislativo Nº 1090, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y del Decreto Legislativo Nº 1064, Régimen jurídico para el aprovechamiento de las tierras de uso agrario; restituye el texto de la Ley Nº 27308, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y de la Ley Nº 26505, Ley de la inversión privada en el desarrollo de las actividades económicas en las tierras del territorio nacional y de las comunidades campesinas y nativas; y restituye parcialmente la vigencia del Decreto Legislativo Nº 653, Ley de promoción de las inversiones en el sector agrario.
