This Act concerns the creation, consolidation, discharge and release of mortgages and related matters. It also defines powers of a mortgagee and of the Court in respect of a mortgage. There shall be implied in every mortgage covenants by the mortgagor to protect the mortgagee. One of these covenants concerns a mortgage of land used for agricultural or pastoral purposes.

This Regional Law establishes that public or municipal land plot can be allotted free of charge on condition of tenancy for maximum period of six year for residential housing construction or family farming to certain categories of agricultural specialists (list of professions included).

This Act ensures sound and diversified use of agricultural property for agricultural production, sustainable development of agricultural industries and improving the competitiveness of these industries; accommodates development in rural areas requiring these properties to be registered as a farm in Survey and Cadastre Authority's land register.The Act consists of 20 Chapters: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Planning (3); Listed as farm (4); Termination or cancellation of farm duty (5); Residency requirement, residential buildings, vacant agricultural properties, operations, etc.

La presente Resolución establece los índices de productividad mínima de producción agropecuaria, pesquera y forestal que deberán ser observados por la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales dentro del procedimiento de adquisición directa y expropiación de los bienes rurales calificados de improductivos.

Implementa: Decreto Nº 640 - Reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007, en lo relacionado con la adquisición directa de los bienes rurales calificados como improductivos. (2008-03-04)

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las licencias urbanísticas, al reconocimiento de edificaciones, a la función pública que desempeñan los curadores urbanos y a la legalización de asentamientos humanos, en lo relacionado con el sistema de categorización para el trámite de estudio y expedición de licencias de construcción en función de su complejidad.

Son varios los motivos que condujeron a la promulgación de esta Ley. Primero: dar aplicación al principio de la función social de la propiedad que sanciona la Constitución y que no se cumple en ciertas sierras de regadío. Segundo, existe una baja producción en estas sierras en relación con sus posibilidades técnicas la cual debe aumentarse mediante el incremento de la producción por hectárea y una utilización mayor de personal.

La presente Ley deroga el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1.090, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1.064, Régimen jurídico para el aprovechamiento de las tierras de uso agrario.

The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act. Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle").

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Plan Estratégico Institucional (PEI) 2016 - 2018 del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS), que constituye un instrumento que orienta la gestiona institucional y que contribuye al logro de los objetivos y metas institucionales, sectoriales y nacionales. El PEI constituye el instrumento que articula el nivel estratégico sectorial de mediano plazo con el plan operativo de corto plazo y el presupuesto anual.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen land administration and control, enforce the control of land uses, protect cultivated land, and properly control the total amount of land for construction use.The Measures provide for the compilation, issuance, implementation, supervision and assessment of the annual plans on the utilization of land, and for annual plan quotas of land utilization.
