El Código nacional de recursos naturales renovables y de protección del medio ambiente, consta de 340 artículos organizados en dos libros: Del Ambiente (Libro Primero) y De la Propiedad, Uso e Influencia Ambiental de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (Libro Segundo).

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para Suelo, que constituyen un referente obligatorio para el diseño y aplicación de los instrumentos de gestión ambiental, y son aplicables para aquellos parámetros asociados a las actividades productivas, extractivas y de servicios.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Criterios para la Gestión de Sitios Contaminados, con el objeto establecer los criterios para la gestión de sitios contaminados generados por actividades antrópicas, los cuales comprenden aspectos de evaluación y remediación, a ser regulados por las autoridades sectoriales competentes, con la finalidad de proteger la salud de las personas y el ambiente.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Saint Mary Parish Development Area as described in the First Schedule.

Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

Le présent décret fixe les attributions du ministre de l’environnement et du développement durable. Sous l’autorité du Premier Ministre, le Ministre de l’Environnement et du Développement Durable prépare et met en œuvre la politique définie par le Chef de l’Etat en matière de veille environnementale, de lutte contre les pollutions et de protection de la nature, de la faune et de la flore.

Part 1 of this Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on requirements for the landfill of waste. In particular, it establishes new requirements for the content of pollutants in wastes used on the terrain surface, requirements for the content of pollutants in sediments used on the terrain surface (replaced Annex 10) and conditions for the use of waste on the surface of the ground (replaced Annex 11). Part 2 of the present Decree lays down some amendments to Decree on waste disposal.

These provisions lay down some amendments to the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the measures to be adopted by the competent authority to limit the environmental consequences in case of incident or accident affecting the environment.

The Act, consisting of 42 sections divided into and completed by one Schedule, provides for the protection, conservation, rehabilitation and improvement of the environment, including the prevention and control of pollution, and promotion of sustainable development. It extends to the whole Province of Balochistan except Tribal Areas. The Act establishes the following obligations: Prohibition of import of hazardous and electronic Wastes; Solid and Waste Management License; Water Resources Management; Motor vehicles; Alien Species and Living Modified Organisms.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015 in provisions on: the procedure in relation to applications referred to the Welsh Ministers pursuant to a direction under section 20 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 (“the PHSA”), including provision for an applicant to submit a full statement of case within a specified timescale if the applicant so chooses; the procedure in relation to appeals under section 21 of the PHSA and against hazardous substances contravention notices.
