This Ministerial Decree establishes that allocation of the plots of land destined for setting up and extension of protected areas of the national and local significance shall be carried out in accordance with the programmes of development of the system of protected areas and ecological networks and natural and scientific substantiation. Land allocation decisions shall be made by provincial administration and local self-government.

With the purpose of addressing issues related to agricultural activities and providing good management practice on how to avoid polluting water, air and soil, this Decree establishes certain practices to be applied by farmers and others involved in agricultural activities, named Codes of Good Agricultural Practice. The Codes aim at: the sustainable management of agricultural lands and natural resources, the protection and safeguarding of rural landscape and its specific characteristics, farmers and consumers health protection.

La presente Ley declara Parques Provinciales, Monumentos Naturales y Reservas Provinciales las superficies del territorio de la Provincia de Tucumán, que resultaren necesarias para la protección y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables, sean del dominio del Estado o privados. La Ley especifica las actividades cuya realización queda prohibida en los parques provinciales y monumentos naturales. El artículo 19 crea la Comisión Asesora de Parques, Monumentos y Recursos Naturales Renovables y Reservas Provinciales.

This Resolution approves the Regional Scheme for Land use Planning of the Island of S.Nicolau. This Scheme consists of 7 Chapters, 2 Maps and 2 Annexes, specifying land uses, territorial definition and other legal matters related to any areas for the following land use purposes: agricultural, forestry, protection, infrastructures, etc. Chapter 4 regulates infrastructures and equipments. Chapter 5 estabishes terms and conditions for natural heritage and protected area conservation.

The present Act provides for the designation of areas to be parts of provincial parks and provides for the management of such parks. The Act covers also the appointment and powers of park wardens, the protection of flora, prospecting and mining and enforcement measures. The text consists of 23 sections and 1 Schedule.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement of Control) (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 to remove provisions relating to the submission of statements in appeals against listed building enforcement notices and conservation area enforcement notices. They also make savings provisions in relation to appeals made under section 35 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997.

This Act amends various provisions of the Environmental Management and Conservation and changes its name to Environmental Protection and Conservation Act.

These Regulations principally amend the Planning and Development Act 2000 for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Directive No. 85/337/EEC and Council Directive 92/43/EEC in relation to proposed development in protected areas established pursuant to Community legislation. The Regulations concern, among other things: mineral exploitation development; notifications under section 5 of the Act; exempted development; and definition of development proposed to be carried out by a local authority that is a planning authority.

Por la presente Ley se declara al territorio indígena y Parque Nacional Isiboro Sécure - TIPNIS patrimonio sociocultural y natural, zona de preservación ecológica, reproducción histórica y hábitat de los pueblos indígenas Chimán, Yuracaré y Mojeño-trinitario, cuya protección y conservación son de interés primordial del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia. El mencionado territorio queda declarado como intangible y en consecuencia se prohíben los asentamientos y ocupaciones de hecho realizadas por personas ajenas a la titularidad del territorio indígena en cuestión.

This Act, consisting of 156 sections divided into twelve Parts and completed by one Schedule, establishes a comprehensive set of legislative provisions dealing with state conservation and land management matters. It establishes a number of statutory bodies including the Conservation Commission of Western Australia, the Marine Parks and Reserves Authority, and the Marine Parks and Reserves Scientific Advisory Committee, and it defines their composition, and functions and powers.

This Act concerns a special taxation regime for certain country estates for purposes of protection of the natural environment and landscape in the Netherlands. The owner of an estate may apply to the Minister so as to qualify the estate to fall with the application of this Act. Tax exemptions shall be disapplied and tax must be paid in cases when the conditions and criteria formulated under this Act cease to exist or certain requirements have not been observed by owners.

This Act provides for the management of public gardens, i.e. any land vested in the Commissioner of Lands, and designated by him or any entity acting on his behalf for use as public garden. It also prohibits various activities in such gardens and provides for seizure and impounding of stray animals. prohibited activities include: picking of fruits, plants or flowers; destroying of trees; and injuring of animals.
