These Regulations stipulate that a conveyancer or a notary public shall, in respect of any conveyancing work done by him or her, charge the fees and disbursements set out in the Schedule hereto in relation to the matters specified therein.
This Order establishes that the Instruction shall be applicable to: (a) formation of new plot of land; (b) change of land area or of the boundaries of the plot of land; (c) change of the type of authorized land management; and (d) transfer of a plot of land from one category to another.
These Regulations replace The Land Registration (Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry) Regulations 1990. They make amendments to the acts of registrar which may be done by a legally qualified registrar, called the Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry, or in case of vacancy or absence of the Solicitor, by another legally qualified registrar called Acting Solicitor.
This Order applies to the survey declarations in accordance to the Farm Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land deduction by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map.

These Regulations amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting the Schedule prescribed by regulations 84 and 86 of the Regulations. The Schedule prescribes fees for registrations.
