El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, que tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos y trámites para el ejercicio de las competencias asignadas al Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of inclusion of land plots in the category of urban land or exclusion of the plots of land from this category. The person concerned shall submit to local government application and cadastre registration of land plot for which in requested inclusion in (or exclusion from) the category of urban land.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Oromia Regional Rural Land Administration and Use Proclamation with respect to the rights and obligations of rural land administration and use in transparent and responsible manner.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento que tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Mensuras Catastrales y sus dependencias, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registran los trabajos de mensura, de modificaciones parcelarias y divisiones para la constitución de condominio, de conformidad con la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario.

These Regulations amend the Registration (Strata Titles) Regulations in relation with application to the Commission of Strata Corporations by a corporation for first registration pursuant to section 4(4) of the Act and renewal of registration, and (application for) waiver or reduction of the prescribed fees pursuant to section 4A of the Act.

Article 6.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot of agricultural land allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plot of land”.
