This Act makes provision for the adoption of planning instruments in Scotland such as the National Planning Framework, strategic development planning and local development plans. Provisions of this Act also concern, among other things: planning permission in respect of operation of marine fish farm, National Scenic Areas, development in national parks, consultation with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Tree Preservation Orders and the carrying out of an environmental assessment.
This Regional Law establishes the modalities of preparation of draft land-use planning scheme related to the whole regional territory by the authorized state institution in the sphere of territorial planning.
This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, management conservation and protection of protected areas of regional and local significance with a view of conservation of typical and unique natural complexes and objects and biosphere reserves.
The purpose of this Act is to provide for the conservation, control and prudent use of resources through the establishment of conservation districts, and to protect the correlative rights of owners (sect. 2). The Act continues the Conservation Districts Commission and regulates its operation and functioning. The Act defines the procedure for the establishment of conservation districts and provides for the management of each district by a dedicated board and regulates the operation of such boards.

This Act provides for natural areas in the province to be set aside for the benefit, education and enjoyment of people. The Act creates wilderness reserves and ecological reserves and provides for their management. Under the Act, the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Advisory Council is continued in its advisory functions and the Act further provides for its operation. The Act provides for the acquisition of land to be used for the reserves and covers offences and penalties.
This Act provides for the creation and management of protected areas, in particular of Natural Environment Recreation Parks, Outdoor Recreation Parks, Community Parks, Wayside Parks, and Historic Parks. The Act also concerns aboriginal land claims settlements (sect. 4), duties and responsibilities of park officers, and the management of parks.
This Act repeals specified Acts and amends others as a consequence of the entry into force of the Lands Acquisition Act 1989. It also provides for transitional arrangements for compulsory acquisition and other matters. Acts here repealed include the Lands Acquisition Act 1955. Acts amended by this Act include the World Heritage Properties Conservation Act 1983, the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975 and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders (Queensland Reserves and Communities Self-management) Act 1978.

The Act provides for the designation of land use of the Cook Islands. The 17 sections are divided into 3 Parts: Zoning Orders (I); Land Use Board (II); Administration (III). The High Commissioner may issue Orders to establish zones of land use. The use of land within the created zone shall be pursuant to the Order (sects. 3 and 4). Except in accordance with the terms of the Order, an occupier shall not make any permanent improvement or alteration or erect any building without the prior consent of the Board (sect. 6).
El presente Ley responde a la necesidad de introducir un conjunto de modificaciones puntuales en la legislación vigente en materia de medio ambiente, en relación a la protección de los animales, la gestión de espacios naturales, el acceso motorizado al medio natural, el procedimiento de evaluación de impacto ambiental de proyectos, y el proceso de adecuación de las actividades de incidencia ambiental a lo establecido en la Ley de la intervención integral de la Administración ambiental.
This Act makes provision with respect to the protection and conservation of ancient monuments and related matters such as the acquisition of land by the Government for purposes of this Act. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare any monument or antiquity to be a protected monument or antiquity within the meaning of this Act and shall establish an Authority to manage and supervise the ancient moments or antiquity. Land shall be aquired for a public purpose within the meaning of the Land Acquisition Act.
