Item 6 of the Article 97 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “6. Agricultural land shall be allotted: 1) on condition of ownership to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for subsidiary smallholding, gardening and country housing; 2) on condition of private ownership to or in lease to natural and legal persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan for farming, agricultural production, forest growing, scientific research, experimental and educational purposes, subsidiary smallholding, vegetable gardening and stockbreeding purposes.” Article 2 of the Law No.

Regional Law No. 475-OZ “On allotment of forest land plots to citizens for agricultural activity for individual personal needs”.

This Regional Law establishes that forest land plots granted to citizens free of charge or with the establishment of servitude for agro-forestry (haymaking, grazing, apiculture, reindeer ranching, growing of crops etc.). Land areas shall be established within the following limits: (a) arable land – 3 ha; (b) haymaking – 10 ha; (c) apiculture – 0, 3 ha; and (d) other agricultural activities – 5 ha. Citizens shall have the right to allotment of several forest land plots for performance of different agricultural activities.

Regional Law No. 441-OZ “On some issues of granting of forest land plots to citizens free of charge for the length of service for limited utilization”.

This Regional Law establishes that forest land plots granted to citizens free of charge for the length of service for limited utilization shall be allotted to forest officers and staff of state hunting organizations (game managers and gamekeepers) for agro-forestry (haymaking, grazing, apiculture, growing of crops etc.). Land areas shall be established within the following limits: (a) arable land – 3 ha; (b) haymaking – 10 ha; and (c) other agricultural activities – 5 ha.

Regional Law No. 97 “On state support of gardening, horticulture, subsidiary smallholding and non-commercial associations thereof”.

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of state bodies in the sphere of state support of gardening, horticulture, subsidiary smallholding and non-commercial associations thereof. The scope of this Regional Law shall be as follows: (a) improvement of the efficiency of land tenure; (b) promotion of gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding; (c) meeting the demand of regional population in agricultural commodities, vegetables and fruits; and (d) creation of favourable conditions for collective gardening, horticulture and smallholding.

Regional Law No. 55-oz "On regulation of turnover of agricultural land".

This Regional Law regulates relations concerning turnover of agricultural land and shares of agricultural land in common property. Minimum land area of consolidated agricultural land plot shall be 0.5 ha. Maximum agricultural land area within the boundaries of a single administrative-territorial unit that can be owned by a single family with close relatives or by a single legal person of which make part a single family with close relatives shall not exceed 10 percent of total agricultural land area.

Regional Law No. 58-RZ "On land reclamation".

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of land reclamation, originating in the process of performance of land reclamation arrangements, and establishes legal status of state bodies, local government, natural and legal persons carrying out activities in this sphere. The scope of land reclamation shall be to improve soil productivity in order to ensure agricultural land production output and involvement in agricultural production unused and low productive agricultural land.

Regional Law No. 55-z "On turnover of agricultural land".

This Regional Law establishes the particulars of turnover of agricultural land. It shall be applicable to agricultural land plots and land share in common property. It shall not be applicable plots of agricultural land allocated to citizens for subsidiary smallholding, horticulture, gardening and cattle breeding. Minimum land area of agricultural land required for agricultural production shall be 1 hectare.

Public Law 30-96 - An Act to transfer properties under the jurisdiction of the Port Authority of Guam to the jurisdiction of the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission, by adding a new §80105 (b) to Chapter 80 of Title 21, Guam Code Annotated.

This Act amends Chapter 80 concerning the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission by adding a new section which provides for transfer of specified land to the Commission and disposal of such land by the Commission in according with existing legislation. The land shall be classified as "A" - Agricultural zone."

Regional Act No. 24 laying down provisions on social agriculture.

This Regional Act aims at the promotion and development within Toscana of social agriculture, which refers to activities carried out by agricultural entrepreneurs, as defined under article 2135 of the Civil Code. Article 4 sets up the Regional Observatory on Social Agriculture; article 5 provides for the registration of related agricultural lands.

Tile Drainage Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. T.8).

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the financial aspects of drainage of land. For the purpose of the present Act “drainage work” means a drainage system constructed of tile, pipe or tubing of any material beneath the surface of agricultural land, including integral inlets and outlets, for the purpose of improving the productivity of the land drained.

Ley de desarrollo agropecuario del Estado de Baja California.

La presente Ley establece normas para la organización, control, sanidad, protección, explotación racional, fomento y conservación de la actividad agropecuaria en el Estado de Baja California. Asimismo tiene por objeto garantizar la legítima propiedad de las especies animales, productos y subproductos agropecuarios, además de controlar su circulación dentro del territorio estatal.

Ley Nº 4.661 - Crea el Registro Provincial de Productores Agropecuarios y Propietarios de Inmuebles Rurales, para inscribir todos los inmuebles que se encuentren fuera de los ejidos urbanos municipales.

Mediante la presente Ley se crea el Registro Provincial de Productores Agropecuarios y Propietarios de Inmuebles Rurales, en el cual deben inscribirse todos aquellos inmuebles que se encuentren fuera de los ejidos urbanos municipales. Dicha inscripción es anual, obligatoria y gratuita, comprendiendo a todos los productores agropecuarios, titulares y ocupantes de predios rurales.
