No person shall, without the written consent of the Minister as defined in the Lands (Bathurst and Kombo Saint Mary) Act, cultivate any portion of any lands described in the Schedule to these Regulations. Any person who acts in contravention of these Regulation shall be liable to a fine.
The amendments of the principal Act concern the procedures in an enquiry by the Reserve Settlement Commissioner in respect of rights of a proposed Forest Reserve and procedures with a native Court. The new section concerns surveys in the framework of a land dispute.

The Governor may constitute Forest Reserves under section 4.A Notice in this respect shall be published in the Official Gazette. For each Reserve a Reserve Settlement Commissioner shall be appointed. Restrictions are placed on acquisition of rights during an interim period between publication and an Order constituting a Reserve under section 17.
This Regulation makes provision to reduce and prevent pollution of the outer environment, which is defined as being all land, water, and air, outdoors, and outside workplaces. The Regulation shall not cover those activities and enterprises which are already subject to the laws referred to in article 1. Chapter 3 deals with inspection and control.
These Regulations have been adopted in implementation of the Nature Conservation Act of 1971. Articles 1 to 7 deal with the setting up of nature conservation committees on each county and town, as well as in the city of Reykjavik. The task of these committees is to further the nature conservation in their district. They shall submit annual reports on their activities (art. 5).

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979.
These Regulations concern enforcement of payment of service levy imposed under section 5 of the State Land Act. The enforcement action may be taken on specified default (reg. 3). A Notice shall be issued on the occupier who defaults on a loan. The occupier may contest the Notice of default. The property of the defaulting occupier may be sold so as recover any defaulted payments.
These Rules prescribe the form of a Notification of charge under section 19 of the Rating Act in the Schedule to these Rules.
