This Act concerns the creation, perfection registration and sale of security interest and rights and obligations relating to chattels. It also concerns security interests in crops and animals.

The purpose of these Rules is to implement the Rural Community Land Readjustment Act.

This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of the regional Legislative Assembly, Governor, Regional Government and authorized regional state executive body in the sphere of land relations. It also establishes maximum agricultural land area (150 ha) and minimum agricultural land area (0, 5 ha) of public and municipal land that can be allotted in ownership for farming.

The Land Code of Armenia becomes effective on 15 March, 1991 (art. 1). Only legislation which does not contradict provisions of the Code will apply (art. 2). The Land Code will apply to laws enacted- and rights and responsibilities arising after the Code comes into effect (arts. 3 and 4).

This Order, which applies in relation to England only, amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 by altering the time limit for appeals from three to six months.

The price of land within and outside settlements of the Kaluga Region in the process of selling the plots of land pertaining to state and municipal property to the owners of edifices, constructions and works situated on them is fixed tenfold of land charges for a unit of area of a plot of land.

The burning of vegetation in the area specified in the Schedule is prohibited in the fire hazard period. Exceptions to this prohibition include owners for the purpose of harvesting sugarcane, and authorized persons.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in respect of England by omitting a provision that prohibits the making of a local development order which would grant planning permission for development that is likely to have a significant effect on a European (habitat) site.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out supervision over land use planning. The purpose of supervision shall be to enforce the observance technical norms and requirements by legal and natural persons in the process of land use planning.

This Decree sets forth the modalities of land tenure of rural inhabited areas, in particular establishing land-use planning guidelines related to residential construction and provision of urban amenities. Expropriation and allotment of land of rural inhabited areas shall be performed by decision of local government.

These Regulations contain procedural provisions in connection with certain reports submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under section 51 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 relative to reporting on accessibility of the public to coastal areas.
