This Order consolidates with amendments the procedural provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 and subsequent amending instruments. A separate Order, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/418), consolidates with amendments the remaining provisions which deal with permitted development.

These Regulations implement the Land Tax Act 1958 by providing for notices of acquisition, time prescribed for taxation appeals, application for refunds and changes of addresses.

The Premier decrees that Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions regarding rendering state services, management of state property and law enforcement functions in the sphere of land survey, state cadastre valuation of land and state monitoring of land.

This Act makes provision for matters of partition in the relation with the development of land.It defines sectional ownership of immovable property and provides rules relative to common ownership. Development schemes shall be approved by the Director of Surveys and Mapping.

This Law sets the basis for the spatial planning and urban policy defining and integrating the actions undertaken at all levels by the Public Administration with the aim of ensuring an adequate organization and use of territory. Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Multi-child family seeking allotment of a land plot for subsidiary smallholding must indicate in the application the location of the land plot in question within the boundaries of inhabited area (smallholding) or outside inhabited area (field land plot)”.

These Regulations apply section 53A of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to Orders regarding footpaths, bridleways and restricted byways listed in regulation 3. Those Orders are made by local authorities for the purpose of creating, stopping up or diverting public rights of way, and pursuant of section 53A.

These Regulations amend the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2006. The amendment made by these Regulations is consequential on the making of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007.

The amendments made by this Order to article 23 of the 1995 Order (procedure for commencing an appeal) give to the National Assembly for Wales an express discretion to treat notice of appeal as not having been given within the relevant time limit if the documents which are required to be served together with the necessary form are not provided within that time limit (art. 4).
