These Rules, consisting of 32 articles, are formulated in accordance with the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act.The competent authority with local jurisdiction shall determine the possible scope of pollution when performing verification work.
This Circular provides guidance on cases of land use eligible for land use levy exemption.The Circular shall apply to land used for public service-providing establishments.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of thirteen paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: requirements to be met by additives to enrich soil originated from animal by-products (soil improvers); veterinary requirements for neutralizing soil improvers; conditions for using soil improvers.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall be responsible for establishment of maximum and minimum land areas out of stock of public or municipal land that can be allotted to citizens for farming”.
This Regional Law establishes that maximum land area of agricultural land out of stock of public and municipal land allotted for farming shall be 400 ha, and minimum land area shall be 0,3 ha.
